Training: The First 6 Months of 2017

As we look forward with optimism and expectation to the second half of 2017, we are taking time to reflect on the training and coaching solutions we have provided in the first 6 months of 2017.
We continue to provide personal development training programmes, 360 feedback, coaching support and leadership development training to our long term clients. For us relationship is key and we are proud to continue these relationships. We are determined to continue to raise the bar and provide evolving training solutions. As we enter the Summer months, we are delighted to provide Graduate Training to the new graduate intake at Citi (now in our 7th year) and provide personal effectiveness training as part of the Allstate Graduate intake, which we began last year.
We’ve also welcomed new clients in 2017. These new projects have included working alongside Senior Leadership Teams to facilitate discussion to bring new thinking and new ideas to help shape their current and future strategy; coaching and training solutions for leadership teams; and personal effectiveness programme for key talent.
We also continue our training in Sri Lanka. In the first 6 months of 2017, we have provided leadership training to around 130 people at Sri Lanka’s number one bank, Commercial Bank. This training programme in classroom based, however as part of the programme each participant has also received our Business Leader’s App to compliment their learning in the training room. In February we began a multi-phased training programme with Pan Asia Bank, a learning and development adventure which continues throughout 2017.
As we enter the second half of 2017, BRC will have a different look and feel (thanks to Al Magee). However our commitment to building and maintaining relationships with our clients; our vision of delighting our customers with world class training and coaching solutions; and living out our values of excellence, integrity, creativity, passion and fun, will remain at the core of BRC.
